"The SEC suspended our trading for 10 days for being delinquent in filing audited financials. It will cost approximately $100K to get audited and filed. When we close a TCS sale that is our first priority. In the meantime, we will submit our unaudited financials to the SEC by Nov. 25 with a Legal Appeal to allow us more time to raise the capital to complete the audit."
